We aim to handle all complaints in a fair, prompt, and professional manner. You have the right to file a complaint if you feel we have failed in our duties.

Scope

Covers complaints related to:

  • Misuse of personal data
  • Misrepresentation of services
  • Affiliate/trading-related disputes

Procedure

  1. Email complaints to: decrypterscrypto@gmail.com
  2. Include full details: date, issue, platform, screenshots if applicable
  3. We will respond within 7 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days

Escalation

If unresolved, we may escalate the issue to the affiliate broker (if applicable) or provide platform-specific complaint channels (e.g., Meta, Telegram).
